If you’ve downloaded a game and you notice that the seedlet multiplier appears to be lower than what was originally displayed, this means that the game’s developer did not credit Ecoplay for your installation. In other words, for some reason the attribution provider failed to communicate to the developer that you downloaded their game through Ecoplay. If the developer fails to credit Ecoplay with your installation, unfortunately it is impossible for us to award you full seedlets for playing that specific game. To avoid this in the future
(1) Make sure it is the first time you install the game on this device.
(2) Make sure you always download the game through Ecoplay.
(3) Make sure you don’t switch between mobile or WiFi networks while you are downloading a game.
In some rare cases, if you use the app properly and follow the above requirements, it is possible that a network glitch causes the install to be incorrectly attributed. If this happens, try installing another game from Ecoplay.
